What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges are the fees paid by the customer for shipping the purchased products. These charges are collected by the courier service responsible for delivering the parcel.

The delivery charge depends on the delivery location and the weight/dimensions of the product. You can view the exact delivery charges on the cart page.

How does the delivery process work?

All deliveries are handled through reliable and reputed courier partners. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status.

During checkout, you will be asked to enter your PIN code to confirm that delivery is available to your location.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Orders placed before 12:00 PM will usually be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, the delivery time may vary depending on your location. In most cases, the order will be delivered within 7 days.

Does 8cross8 deliver internationally?

Currently, 8cross8 delivers only within India. Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is within India.
